It’s not just about changing habits.

It’s about everything else in life getting better.

It’s an awakening.

It’s not just about changing habits.

It’s about everything else in life getting better.

It’s an awakening.

How would it feel to…

Know you have the superpowers within you to handle anything that life throws at you.

Have clarity in decision-making and feel empowered, present and productive.

Let go of the constant need to control and to ‘fix’ your life – and know that you have the stillness and strength within you to be calm and content right now.

Wake up in the morning feeling full of energy and looking forward to the day ahead.

Simplify your life and feel like you have the space to breathe, to think, to feel joyful in the moment, and know that you’re aligned with your most authentic self.

But let me guess, right now you’re…

Feeling a sense of overwhelm or feel close to burnout. You’re exhausted and sometimes feel stuck on a treadmill.

Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. You work incredibly hard, lead a busy life, but feel like there’s something missing.

Frustrated or disappointed in yourself for not having more self-control when it comes to habits.

Questioning what else you can do to help you feel happier and healthier, when you already feel like you’re doing everything you can.

Uncomfortable with seemingly ‘having it all’ and yet feeling unfulfilled on a deeper level.

Here’s the thing… It’s not your fault.

As women, society has conditioned us to believe that we can ‘have it all’ but it’s also defined what our ‘all’ should look like.

It’s no wonder that we often struggle with the weight of our high-achieving, people-pleasing, perfectionist tendencies.

We spend so much time and energy trying to do all of the things all of the time, and the mental load this places on us is real.

It’s no wonder we fall into patterns of shopping, scrolling, the daily glasses of wine – anything for a brief moment of relief – we ‘deserve’ it. And so the narrative we’ve been told is reinforced. The cycle continues.

But it doesn’t have to. You can break the cycle.

It’s time to redefine what your ‘all’ looks like.

This is the life-changer. This is where the magic happens.

This is your path to freedom – a 90 day transformational journey of so much more than simply breaking habits that are holding you back. This is a holistic deep-dive into you – where you see yourself, what your purpose is, what success means to you, and what has to happen to become the best version of yourself.

There is so much pressure to ‘have it all’… the career, the responsibility, the friends, the family, the lifestyle, the self-care, the balance – and yet it often feels anything but balanced. We face burn-out, overwhelm, frustration, and exhaustion, and adopt habits that drain us – it all becomes part of this daily game of survival.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

I’m not about quick fixes – I’m about lasting change. I’m not about a ‘one size fits all’ coaching method. I’m about using the tools, strategies and methodology that are proven to work, in response to what you need, when you need it. I teach you how to break free from those limiting beliefs so you can thrive.

Coaching is how we become the best version of ourselves.

I will be your support, the person who asks the questions you most need to hear, the person who will never judge you, who is totally focused on your journey to who you want to be – your authentic self who wakes up feeling alive, energised and happy.

With over 20 years’ experience of neuroscience-backed methods, as an accredited coach in behaviour change, deep rest, mindfulness and meditation, I know what works and I can’t wait to share it with you.

For over 20 years I have worked as a coach, trainer and teacher. In educational senior leadership, I handled the stresses of my staff, students and parents, often at the sacrifice of my own wellbeing. I spent (too) many years of my life on autopilot, exhausted, run-down, feeling trapped by the never-ending to-do lists and back-to-back meetings. As a training consultant in leadership, negotiation, and behavioural change working with companies around the world, I am well-accustomed to the pressure and demands that corporate life brings.

I handled this pressure with an evening drink or two to ‘take the edge off the day’. It was my treat, my relief, my anaesthetic. Despite having periods of not drinking, my life was punctuated with occasional blackouts – sometimes with years between them. But no matter how infrequent they were, they littered my life with shame, self-disgust and regret.

I’d see-saw between working hard on becoming the best version of myself and then sabotaging it all when I opened a bottle of wine. Rinse and repeat. It’s exhausting just thinking about it!

Despite my dedication to yoga, meditation and mindfulness, and my love of all things wellness-related, I didn’t truly live a happy and present life until I made changes to my habits to become the best version of me. Living alcohol free, breaking habits that were holding me back, and redefining what I want from life, changed everything. And everything in life got better.

I wasn’t just coping with the day-to-day pace of life anymore – there was a beautiful clarity that enabled me to ‘thrive’. I rediscovered the stillness and strength that was already and always within me. I felt genuinely happy and discovered a deeper sense of purpose, appreciation, and gratitude for life… in all its complexity and messiness.
