Stop the Struggle
Have you ever questioned your relationship with alcohol?
How would it feel to…
Know you have the superpowers within you to handle anything that life throws at you.
Have a clarity in decision-making and feel empowered, present and productive.
Let go of the constant need to control and to ‘fix’ your life – and know that you have the stillness and strength within you to be calm and content right now.
Wake up in the morning feeling full of energy and looking forward to the day ahead.
But let me guess, right now you’re…
Feeling a sense of overwhelm or feel close to burnout. You’re exhausted and sometimes feel stuck on a treadmill.
Unhappy with your relationship with alcohol – you’ve probably counted the units you consume and questioned whether it still counts as ‘moderation’.
Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. You work incredibly hard, lead a busy life, but feel like there’s something missing.
Frustrated or disappointed in yourself for not having more self-control when it comes to drinking.
Tired of the constant rules you make for yourself – don’t drink on a weekday, no more than 2 glasses tonight, drink a glass of water for each alcoholic drink – and so on…
Uncomfortable with the feeling of waking up in the morning and not remembering everything that happened the night before.
Here’s the thing… It’s not your fault.
Society has glamorised alcohol as exciting, fun, sophisticated, escapist, social, and entirely encouraged as long as you’re drinking ‘responsibly’ and in ‘moderation’.
Yet, alcohol is highly addictive and highly damaging.
We spend so much time and energy trying to control our relationship with alcohol, yet are constantly dragged down by the effect it has on us.
When we drink, we have a brief moment of relief – our feelings are numbed. And so the narrative we’ve been told is reinforced. The cycle continues.
But it doesn’t have to. You can break the cycle.

There is so much pressure to ‘have it all’… the career, the responsibility, the friends, the family, the lifestyle, the self-care, the balance – and yet it often feels anything but balanced. We face burn-out, grey area drinking, overwhelm, frustration, and exhaustion – it all becomes part of this daily game of survival.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
I’m not about quick fixes – I’m about lasting change. I’m not about a ‘one size fits all’ coaching method. I’m about using the tools and the strategies that are proven to work, in response to what you need, when you need it. To help you break free from those limiting beliefs so you can thrive.
Coaching is how we become the best version of ourselves.
I will be your support, the person who asks the questions you most need to hear, the person who will never judge you, who is totally focused on your journey to who you want to be – your authentic self who wakes up feeling alive, energised and happy.

With over 20 years’ experience of neuroscience-backed methods, as an accredited coach in sobriety, deep rest, mindfulness and meditation, I know what works and I can’t wait to share it with you.
For over 20 years I have worked as a coach, trainer and teacher. In secondary school senior leadership, I handled the stresses of my staff, students and parents, at the sacrifice of my own wellbeing. I spent (too) many years of my life on autopilot, exhausted, run-down, feeling trapped by the never-ending to-do lists and back-to-back meetings. As a training consultant in leadership, negotiation, and behavioural change working with companies around the world, I am well-accustomed to the pressure and demands that corporate life brings.
I handled this pressure with an evening drink or two to ‘take the edge off the day’. It was my treat, my relief, my anaesthetic. Despite having periods of not drinking, my life was punctuated with occasional blackouts – sometimes with years between them. But no matter how infrequent they were, they littered my life with shame, self-disgust and regret.
I’d see-saw between working hard on becoming the best version of myself and then sabotaging it all when I opened a bottle of wine. Rinse and repeat. It’s exhausting just thinking about it!
Despite my dedication to yoga, meditation and mindfulness, and my love of all things wellness-related, I didn’t truly live a happy and present life until I ditched the drink. Sobriety changed everything.
I wasn’t just coping with the day-to-day pace of life anymore – there was a beautiful clarity that enabled me to ‘thrive’. I rediscovered the stillness and strength that was already and always within me. I felt genuinely happy and discovered a deeper sense of purpose, appreciation, and gratitude for life… in all its complexity and messiness.
