Well done for the time you chose not to drink. I imagine you’re beating yourself up for drinking again, so show yourself some kindness and know that you can totally do this. The fact that you’re reading this suggests that you want to change. I would love to support you to find your purpose, work on whatever is holding you back, and build the toolkit you need to ensure your life is so full that you don’t want or need to drink again.

During the free discovery call, we can talk about when works best for you. It doesn’t have to be the same time each week, so if your schedule changes, I will work with you. We can schedule calls during the day or in the evening.

The 6-week coaching programme is £600 and payment is due after our FREE discovery call, before your first full coahing session. However, I do offer an option to pay in 2 installments (please contact me for more information).

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will have the toolkit you need to support your sober journey, as well as having clarity on your purpose and what brings you happiness in life. If you wish to continue coaching, I do offer one-off coaching sessions, flexible coaching options, and further support for all things sobriety, happiness and mindfulness related – we can talk about this at the end of the 6 weeks. Like I say, coaching enables us to be the best version of ourselves. I continue to check in with my coach whenever I need support or to talk something through.

During our first coaching session, we’ll discuss the commitment you’re willing to make on your 6-week programme. But I wouldn’t be doing what I do if I thought you needed a drink to make a celebration feel special. Instead, let’s work through what the alternatives are for special occasions and figure out how you can love life without the drink.

As a sobriety coach, I’d be lying if I said I want to help you moderate. My question to you would be “How’s moderation been working out for you so far?” In my experience, moderation can trundle along ‘working’ to a certain extent for a while, but then there will be moments when the drinking escalates and you find yourself back in that place, questioning your relationship with alcohol. My approach looks at the bigger picture – the holistic view of your life, to make sure you don’t want to drink anymore because life is too amazing without it.

At no point in our time together will I ask you to sit cross-legged on the floor and meditate with me. However, I will teach you tools to help you find a sense of stillness when life feels chaotic. I will show you how you can integrate little pockets of mindfulness into your days without it taking up any more of your time. My approach isn’t about you doing less, it’s about you being more. But if you do love meditating, I’m all in to support your journey to weaving in as much peace as you need.
